[flext] Compiling latest SVN OSX 10.5.8

hmmm, but we use 4.2.1 with the default -O2 flag and got that error when 
compiling flsimd.cpp:

    flsimd.cpp: 1196: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

See my previous email for details. Any better ideas other than 
commenting SIMD=1 in config.txt (as we already did)?
