[flext] Compiling only one external

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to know what is the proper way/workaround in order to avoid
compiling all the tutorial externals.
I actually created a repertory where my external code lies, in the tutorial
folder.
Then when I run the "sh build.sh pd gcc" command it also compiles all the
other examples.
I tried moving my folder somewhere else, but then it fails because of the
config files needed for compilation.
Any tips on this will be helpful.
