[flext] "Access denied" error on installation

Well, since i have no clue about Windows strangenesses, i'd suggest that you copy 
pd-msvc\debug-shared\flext-pd_d.dll
and
pd-msvc\debug-shared\flext-pd_d.lib
to 
"C:\Program Files (x86)\pd\bin"
by using the file explorer.

When compiling flext-based externals copy those to 
"C:\Program Files (x86)\pd\extra"
