[flext] Flext Max build on Windows 8?

Hi Flexters...

What is the current recommended build environment of Flext for Max externals on Windows (8)?

Visual Studio? Which version? MinGW/MSYS? etc.

Also, any version of the Max SDK, or just the latest one?

I’m looking for a known working setup.
