[flext] building flext external (pd) with lib dependancies on linux

Hi,
I'm trying to build into linux an old flext project i developped in 
windows within code:blocks IDE
I'm not so familiar with command-line building on linux, but i'm able to 
build flext example externals.
I understand that i can specify files to build in the package.txt file.
But : where can I specify the external libs *.so to link against ?
