[flext] autotools build looking for pd.dll on linux?

I don't have time to get deeply into troubleshooting the problem right
now, but it seems that the autotools build process isn't detecting
that I'm on linux and it's looking for pd as a dll? Here's my
configure command and output:


./configure --with-sdkdir=/home/srussell/local/src/pd-0.42-5/src
--with-pdbindir=/home/srussell/local/src/pd-0.42-5/bin
