[flext] include pthread.h

  Dear Thomas,

when compiling flext against pd using msvc 2003 I get this:

    c:\flext_svn\source\flext.h(43) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open
    include file: '
    pthread.h': No such file or directory
    NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
    Stop.
    NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"C:\Programmi\Microsoft Visual Studio
    .NET 2003\VC7\
    BIN\nmake.exe"' : return code '0x2'
    Stop.

Should I download the library from http://sourceware.org/pthreads-win32/ 
? I never encountered this problem when compiling flext last year.
