[flext] problem flext vs MaxSDK-6.0.4

Hi Stefano,
it seems that flext has not been compiled with SIMD (at least on Windows)
for quite some time.
For now, please undefine FLEXT_USE_SIMD in your build configuration.
As i look at it I'm unsure how the whole SIMD stuff conforms to 64 bit
systems... maybe i'll throw it out again and let everything rely on
autovectorizing compilers.
