[flext] Incorrect instructions in build.txt

On line 209 of build.txt it instructs users to use the --with-sysdir=
optioin for ./configure. After running ./configure --help I see that
that option doesn't exist. It should be --with-sdkdir.

Unless I'm missing something perhaps it should be changed in the build.txt file
