[flext] Ubuntu 12.04 Flext install issues

Hi,

Compiling keeps putting out an error because of g_canvas.h.  When I do a
system-wide search for g_canvas.h, I find it in:

/usr/include/pd

and,

/usr/include/pdextended

Am I missing it in a crucial folder?  I've tried compiling with each of
those places, and alas, nothing.  Do I need to copy it somewhere?  Is it
missing for some reason?
