[flext] LIBCPMT.LIB LIBCMT.LIB clash (was Re: linker error when linking a library)

Hi Thomas,

indeed using that macro solved my issues.
By the way, I've noticed that FLEXT_USE_CMEM is among the default 
compiler settings for Linux.
