[flext] Convert from symbol to message

Hi,
I'm trying to implementing a simple patch that return the argument take in
input.
In particular, the patch should pass the output of openpanel object to a
pixel:image GEM object.
I use the function ToOutSymbol to send to outlet 0 the input symbol. Is
there a way to pass a message to the outlet instead of a symbol ?
