[flext] Convert from symbol to message

Hi Alessandro,
as the name ToOutSymbol indicates, it is meant for a symbol.
For other messages you would want to use other functions, like
ToOutInt, ToOutFloat, ToOutList or, for a general message
ToOutAnything.
Did you have a look at the flext tutorial examples? You should have
that before anything else.
