[flext] Xcode-template issue

Dear Julien,
I've recently finished the testing of some updated and cleaned XCode and
VS2010 projects for building flext, plus project templates for building
flext-based externals.
I've already sent them to Thomas Grill and hopefully he will include
them soon in flext's distribution.
